– If we shipped you an item in the wrong color

– If we shipped you a defective or damaged item

– If your made-to-order items cannot be shipped by the original time stated

– Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation  will be eligible for a full refund.

-Products cannot be returned if they have been used, soiled, or if the packaging is destroyed.  The product must be in new, resalable condition. 

-Unfortunately, due to fraud concerns, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any of the gift cards we sell.

-Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

-Digital educational resources cannot be refunded.

-If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange, credit or refund within 24 Haur of receipt

-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items are created as photography props. Please ensure that babies and toddlers are never left alone in items and are supervised at all times.

All items are made in a clean smoke-free room. They are washed and steamed before shipping.
